Twenty young people from Zaječar visited International youth Enterpreneurship Marketplace 2013 in Sofia, Bulgaria, as a part of “Youth Career Development, Employment, Entrepreneurship Networking and Transfer” project activities.

Young entrepreneurs from Zaječar visited Coworking space – a space that involves a shared working environment and independent activity in casual surroundings with frequent use of laptops and new technologies. They have also participated in workshops regarding business startups, social enterprises, as well as innovations and their importance to entrepreneurship.

This was another of project activities implemented by Timok Youth Center in cooperation with Bulgarian Foundation Kauzi from Sofia (leading partner) and Bulgarian National Association of Small and Medium Business.

So far, implemented activities include seminars on the subject of Youth entrepreneurship and writing of business plans held in Vidin and Zaječar, as well as abovementioned International youth Enterpreneurship Marketplace 2013 in Sofia. Expected in forthcoming period is a three-month mentor support to Youth entrepreneurs, which will get the opportunity to shape their business ideas. After that, in February 2014 a visit to the Employment Fair in Sofia and Final Conference in Zaječar in April, when Youth entrepreneurs will present their business ideas.
