Timok Youth Center marked the beginning of the implementation of project entitled “Youth Career Development, Employment, Entrepreneurship Networking and Transfer” in April 2013. As suggested in project title, overall goal is to enhance the quality of career guidance of young people, promote Youth entrepreneurship and increase cross border cooperation among young people, educative and business sectors.
After the partner meeting held in Sofia, detailed activity plans will be developed and proceeded to implementation of preliminary field researches in order to assess detailed analysis and needs of local communities both in Bulgaria and Serbia which will result in adequate adjustment of project activities, as well as quality assessment of project results. Implementation of project activities include visit to employment fair in Sofia, three day training course for Youth entrepreneurs in Vidin (BUL), as well as final conference in Zaječar. Selected entrepreneurs will be provided with advisory and mentor support in order to shape up and successfully implement their business ideas. One of project results would include production and publishing of tri-lingual manual which will contain step by step instructions for participation in markets of cross border regions.
The leading project partner is Kauzi Foundation from Sofia. Other project partner is Bulgarian National association of small and medium business.
The project is co-funded by EU trough the Bulgaria–Serbia IPA Cross-border Programme, CCI No 2007CB16IPO006.
