May 8th 2013 marked the official beginning of the project entitled Eyouthocracy, which was co-financed by the European Commission and Youth in Action program. Eyouthocracy is implemented by Asociatia Act Integration – Drobeta Turnu Severin from Romania, in partnership with Timok Youth Center. Project goal is development of solidarity and tolerance among young people, as well as nurture of mutual understanding and multiethnic dialogue.

Representatives of TOC have visited Romania in order to meet with project partners and representatives of local government of Turnu Severin. The visit included tour of locations that will be hosting project activities in July, as well as detailed planning of activities. Return visit to Romania is planned for the period from July 8th to 18th 2013. Timok Youth Center will organize a ten-day visit to Drobeta Turnu Severina and Deve for their volunteers. During this period volunteers from Romania and Serbia will participate in various educational activities, as well as activities for Europe’s Day, European Youth Week and European Local Democracy Week 2013, Etc.

TOC will soon issue a call proposal for participants that are implementation of project activities, as well as visit to Romania.
